All of our buildings come with a metal roof. Metal roofing is 29 gauge, tight tensile steel, providing durable, weather tight protection with a 40 year paint warranty. Shingle roofs are available on wood siding buildings.”

Our buildings range in price from $2,555 to over $17,000 depending on size and options chosen. The size of your building plays a major role in determining the final price. DuraTemp siding and T1-11 siding are both wood siding, however they work differently. T1-11 is a 5/8″ thick panel while DuraTemp siding is just under 1/2″ thick. Because of the difference in thickness, each has its pros and cons for different uses. T1-11 comes with a limited lifetime warranty against termites and fungal decay and a 3-year water sealer applied, while Duratemp Real Wood Siding comes with a 50-year limited warranty with durable paint or urethane applied.

Building construction time is directly related to the size and type of structure you choose. After we receive your order, we will contact you with a rough ETA on when we expect to complete your building. Our buildings typically take between 4-6 weeks from order to delivery, depending on the size ordered and options chosen. We follow a step by step process to ensure that each building we produce is built to the highest quality standards possible.

TWO YEAR WARRANTY

We offer you peace of mind – with a limited 2 year warranty backed by a company that has been in business since 2007, Mountain View Barns will be there when you need us!

Any flaw or defect that is the result of materials or workmanship, which occur during the first two years the customer owns the building, will be repaired by Mountain View Barns. We stand behind our product 100%. Normal wear and tear are excluded.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

On all pressure treated materials there is a limited lifetime warranty against termite damage and fungal decay (from pressure treating company).

Free delivery is available up to  35 miles from any of our dealer locations. Extended delivery will be priced based on your location.
